No. LocalAction is designed for business owners, not developers. Add your details, choose what customers should be able to do and publish.

Yes. Update your business information, switch customer tools on or off and change their settings whenever you need.

Yes. You choose the questions customers answer, and quote requests are kept in your dashboard so you can follow them up.

We’ll email you when a customer submits a quote request, including the details they provided, so you can follow up directly. The request is also saved in your dashboard.

No. LocalAction works alongside your Google Business Profile and the other places customers find you. It does not automatically change or manage your Google listing.

Yes. You can personalise the public page so it feels like your business rather than a generic template.

You connect the review destination you want customers to use. LocalAction can then use it for your review action and generated QR materials.

Your subscription starts at €9.99/month with tax included. There is no default free period. You can cancel at any time; your subscription and live page keep working until the current paid period ends. Eligible promotional discounts may make a billing period free. After that, the page is unpublished, but your saved settings stay in your account so you can renew and publish again.
